Passionate about food and the seasonality of the produce. Food is comfort for the mind and soul and I’m lucky to work with it for 15 years.
I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience, started my career when I studied Culinary Arts in São Paulo for two years, then went to work around the world in a cruise ship as a chef, then moved to London in 2015 where I settled down and worked for incredible chefs and restaurants. I also have my WSET level II certificate on Wine and Spirits so I’m able to also offer drinks and wine pairing with my menus.
My food style offer goes for from casual to fine dining; small restaurants to big hotels and cruise ships.
