I am a professional Chef I have experience 8 years.

I hold a Culinary Art diploma from Greece and Professional Cookery and Hospitality management Degree from Scotland.

I was as a Sous Chef in many restaurants in Greece, when I came in Scotland I started as a Chef De Partie in Hilton hotels and now I am working in Gleneagles Hotel.

Regarding myself, I am a happy and have a pleasant personality. I am an organised person and capable of working under pressure and enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team.

Also, as regards my work, I am open to new ideas and enjoy learning about different dishes and cultures as I strongly believe that cooking never ends. In addition, I am responsible and always ready to undergo any situation and my organizational and communication skills have been improved through my involvement and working experience in the hospitality sector. Moreover, I am a punctual and disciplined person and likes everything to be in order
