I am a professional Chef with a wide experience on airline catering, restaurants, hotels and venues mostly in Spain, and some international show cooking around Europe and Moscow.
I love to share and to keep on learning, to create an unforgettable beautiful atmosphere, honouring the food I am preparing with respect and love for the customers, an absolute team player with a yes we can attitude.
I started 30 years ago studying at Luis Irizar Sukaldaritzo Skola, a school for chefs in San Sebastian, the Basque Country in the North of Spain, learning from the best chefs around Michelin starred restaurants.
