My name is Matt Cranston, and I’m a professional chef with over 35 years of experience across a broad spectrum of culinary settings—from acclaimed restaurants to private catering and pop-up events.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in renowned establishments such as St. John and Bibendum, as well as catering private events for clients including Mario Testino and Vogue magazine. I’m passionate about creating high-quality, seasonal, market-led dishes with a particular focus on Italian and British cuisine.
