I’m a professional with more than a decade of experience. Worked in Michelin starred restaurant, high end hotels and restaurants. Able to deliver high standards of Mediterranean cuisine. I’m specialised in Spanish cuisine, but also able to deliver Italian, french, British and North African cuisine.
Also willing to give some small classes about preparations.
