I am a Ballymaloe-trained chef with 10 years’ experience across a variety of culinary settings. Most recently, I worked full-time as a private chef for a family of eight in Central London, preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts with varied, seasonal menus.

I specialise weekly home cooking and for busy households, creating a selection of healthy and comforting meals tailored to your preferences. This typically includes a range of main dishes, sides and baking, all prepared in your home and stored in fridge or freezer for the week ahead. My service can include menu planning, shopping, fridge organisation and in-home cooking, providing flexible support that makes everyday life easier.

Food by Miriam operates in East Kent and London and I am Food Safety Level 3 certified.
