I have been working in the kitchen since 2015. I completed professional cooking training in Paris, France, and obtained my Level 3 Cooking Certificate before moving to England.

Since 2015, I have worked with several well-known companies, including Fullers, Burger Shack, City Pub Group, Master Bao, Porky Burgers, The Distillery Portobello Road, Forge, and Stonegate Pubs.

I speak three languages: Spanish, French, and English.
