I am a professional chef working in a 4 star hotel. I studied at Africas best chef school, and worked in some of Cape Towns most prestigious restaurants. I have got invaluable experience working in banqueting, so catering beautiful dishes for a bigger number of guests is what I am skilled in. I am so passionate about how food makes people *feel*, so my dishes are made with utmost care, precision and attention to detail from start to finish.
