I was born in Brazil, descendent of Japanese and Italian immigrants. I have been in London for the last 16 years and recently moved to Hastings
I am a professional chef and a passionate cook. I have 13 years of experience working mainly for independent restaurants as well for private clients and corporate events.
I have worked in many different cuisines: French bistros, Lebanese, Balkan and Japanese restaurants and English cafes.
I had the opportunity to be involved in many restaurant opening, working on developments of kitchens and menus, as well training the kitchen staff. More recently, I have started my own business providing high quality home meals to film shoots and private clients, as well catering for a variety of events.
