My culinary journey began at age 10, teaching myself the art of a traditional Sunday roast. This early passion evolved into a diverse career, from owning and operating my own café for six years to rising through the ranks at Sheffield’s Popolo, where I eventually ran the pass.

As a dedicated and extroverted professional, I thrive on creative risk-taking and global flavours. My expertise spans British, Italian, Caribbean, and Asian cuisines, allowing me to remain highly adaptable to any palate. Most recently, I have spent 14 months as a Private Chef for Montrose Health Group, where my honesty, dependability, and hardworking nature ensure a seamless, high-end dining experience in a personal setting
