Food is a passion and love
Passion, cooking, love for produce.
I'm come from Poland, from an early ages, it fascinates me kitchen.
My road what I was choose is a gastronomy.
In 2005 I was finished a gastronomic school in Warsaw. I worked for the best chefs in Poland at that time, I took over from them the passions and direction in which I want to go.
In 2012 I was move to London where after a year hard work, I was took my first Head Chef position.
In 2018 I was decide to back to my family place, and take a Head Chef position in one from the best hotel in Poland where we have been featured in the Guide Michelin and Gault&Millau.
And now after 2 hard years of a pandemic, My dream is coming back to UK and try to be the best of myself, And do everything what I can to be the best.
