I have been in the service industry all my life, with my parents owning restaurants, bars and cafes all around New Zealand! Have worked in the industry for as long as I can remember- moving to private households when I relocated to London two years ago! I specialise in Ottolenghi- inspired smaller family style events and meal prep clients.
