Cooking is my life and food and amazing ingredients are my passion.

I am a professional chef with 26 years experience, working in 1 star Michelin, hotels, Gastro pubs, earning 2 rosettes was a highlight of my career.

I’ve traveled to Australia cooking and also France, Scotland & London.

I especially love south East Asian food.

I was classically French trained in Manchester.
