I am a strong minded female chef, with over 10 years cheffing to all dietary requirements. Adaptable and well versed in cuisines such as Korean, British, French, Italian, Japanese to name a few. Worked in all positions in areas of the professional, private and commercial kitchens. Food and beverage training acquired. Food and hygiene is of upmost importance. Creativity is essential.
