Raised in Cornwall, I’ve enjoyed a successful career as a chef, working in exceptional kitchens and cooking for inspiring figures, including Michelin-starred chefs Michel Roux and Michel Roux Jr.

I founded Flavour and Wine to offer bespoke private dining experiences, combining my passion for exceptional food with a focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. My approach brings fine dining into the comfort of your home, whether for intimate celebrations, family gatherings, or milestone events.

With over four years of experience as a private chef, I’ve catered to guests across Cornwall, from coastal retreats to remote countryside estates, as well as special projects abroad, including Italy. Each menu I create is tailored to your preferences, ensuring a truly personalised and memorable experience.

I’m honoured to have received the UK Enterprise Award in 2023 for Best Luxury Catering Service, a reflection of my commitment to culinary excellence.

Chef Rob was AMAZING!! Not only was the food absolutely DELICIOUS - but Rob was a lot of fun to get to know. There were only three of us, so it made for a really intimate dinner... and we'd do it again in a heartbeat! From the soup and pork belly, to the hake fillet and prawns, finally the orange chocolate creme brûlée with lavender shortbread... everything was spot on. Rob took into account all food allergies/ likes/dislikes and made us an unforgettable experience. #FABULOUS! Cheers!
