I am a professional chef with 25 years experience I have opened restaurants one of which become top 10 in Canada I was also featured on master chef Canada as one of canadas most influential chefs, I have ran resorts and hotels also instructed students at college and the biggest event centre in Halifax Nova Scotia east of Montreal, i have experience in Michelin star restaurants and I enjoy any challenge
