Highly skilled Chef with over 30 years of experience in professional kitchens , i can supply various style menus to suit budget and preferences.
I am a professional chef with 35 years of experience , i studied at Southend College of Technology . I have worked in the City of London as Head Chef in Corporate Catering , Head Chef at an Events venue Chalkwell Park Rooms .and most recently at a prestigous Wedding Venue in Chelmsford , Leez Priory . Whilst in London i worked for contract catering companies Compass and Lexington , during this period i worked with award winning chef/writer Rob Kirby and craft guild of chefs CEO Andrew Green .
