Hi, I am an Italian chef grew up with passion for good quality food. I've always liked to cook everything from scratch using fresh and seasonal ingredients at high standards. I started my professional career in London in 2015 in Gordon Ramsey group, ME London luxury 5 star hotel and never stop since then. I have been working in many places through the years in London, then I moved to Malta, Fuerteventura and last Glasgow. This allowed me to discover new flavours and different cuisines and also to improve my skills, cooking technics and work also occasionally in small catering events and private dining. Thanks to my strong passion for baking, I decided when I was in Malta to create my own sourdough born the 15/06/2018 that I use for all my baking.

I decided now to start working as private and catering chef in order to provide my chef services to everyone that would like to have a tailor made meal for any special occasion in the comfort of their home/venue.
