Chef Simona is an italian chef with decades of experience, grew up with passion for good quality food ; her cooking and preps are done from scratch and using fresh and seasonal ingredients at high standards, in fact she Always looking to find high quality of local produce from the best local fishmongers, butchers and markets.

Professional career began in London in 2015 in Gordon Ramsey group, ME London luxury 5 star hotel and never stop since then, she then travelled and lived in countries such as Malta and Fuerteventura and lastly Glasgow.

During those years she got the opportunity to learn from many venues, from brasseries,steak houses and traditional restaurants, to fine dining and high end restaurants.

Passion for travel and food allowed her to discover new flavours and different cuisines and also to improve in skills, modern and traditional cooking techniques and work occasionally in small catering events and private dining.

Always studying to keep herself updated with modern tecniques.

Her big love for for baking, brought her to give life to her own active (and now decennial) sourdough that Is used for all kind of baking.

She is now dedicating in offering private chef & catering services so that she can fully express her ideas offering tailor made experience for any occasion in the comfort of customer home/venue.

Certificate obtained: Food and safety level 2, allergens awareness, HACCP, health and safety, manual handling, chemical competence.

Simona is not only a great chef but an even better person! Her meals were incredible and she left the kitchen immaculate. We rented an Airbnb. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a professional chef!

We booked Chef Simona for a private dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the whole meal and overall experience was fantastic. Communication was flawless - Chef provided several excellent options and worked with us to create the perfect menu for our group of 10 adults and 3 children. When the big day came, chef served up the perfect meal which was the highlight of our trip to Scotland. Absolutely EVERYTHING was presented beautifully, and tasted incredible. Every component of the dishes was thought through and the flavor combinations were excellent. Most impressively, is that every single thing was prepared from scratch - even the crackers were freshly made and delicious. I highly recommend Chef Simona and I sincerely hope that we’ll get the opportunity to experience her cooking again.
