Cooking is my passion since I was a teenager, I love my job and make customers happy and astonished.
I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience, between Italy and London. I like cooking Italian food of course, keeping traditional recipes, but I like also experimenting different kind of cuisines, and mixing flavours and tastes of the different parts of the world. I love to cook at home because I can do it without the stress of a kitchen's restaurant, giving more attention to details and cuddling my customers.
