I am a full time sous chef in one restaurant in Chelsea, I’m 23 years old and I’m Italian. I’ve been in the high school of hospitality in Italy, and then I moved to London. I have so much passion about this job, everyday I’m trying to learn more and more. I can’t wait to let you try my Italian recipes.
