I am a culinary professional with over six years of experience in the hospitality industry. I pursued my passion for food by studying culinary arts at a private institution in Thessaloniki, Greece. In Autumn 2020, I made the decision to move to London to further my career in one of the world's most exciting food scenes. Through hard work and determination, I have been able to take significant steps towards developing my identity as a chef.
