Get to know me better
I love to deliver beautiful dishes, taking inspiration from my experience working in Asia and across Europe.
After studying food and nutrition at university, I became a chef and moved abroad to work in luxury chalets, villas and hotels.
I have worked in many kitchens around the world, honing my culinary skills in Japan, France, Portugal, and the UK, and have had the pleasure of being the private chef for a number of celebrities and professional athletes.
Since spending my final winter season in Hakuba, working in a Japanese hotel restaurant, I returned to the UK so I could bring his experience of cheffing around the world to your dinner table.
