My name is Tilda, I trained at Balleymaloe Cookery school in 2017. Worked in restaurants in Spain for 2 years and then moved back to London. For the last 3 years I have been working in restaurants throughout east London and currently work part time at 40 maltby street whilst doing part time work for Private Clients.
