My name is Tina Soni, and I am a passionate pastry chef currently working at Cinnamon Kitchen in London, where I have been honing my craft for the past two years. Before moving to London, I spent over a decade—from 2011 to 2022—working with Celebrity Cruises, an experience that enriched my skills and broadened my culinary perspective. I began my pastry journey in 2010, after discovering my love for creating beautifully crafted desserts while working as a hostess in a fine restaurant. Originally from New Delhi, India, I completed my Bachelor of Arts from Indira Gandhi National Open University and earned my Hospitality Management qualification from the Franklin Institute of Air Hostess and Management. Being a true foodie at heart, I have always been drawn to the artistry and creativity of pastry. My work brings me immense joy, and I am dedicated to continually growing, learning, and sharing my passion through every dessert I create
