I have a deep love for cooking, and it has grown into a true passion of mine. I find immense joy and satisfaction in preparing food for my guests.
I am a professional chef with over 16 years of experience in five-star hotels and luxury resorts. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in six countries—India, London, Dubai, Oman, Berlin, and Qatar—gaining valuable international exposure and mastering a diverse range of culinary styles. I hold a degree in Professional Hospitality Management from the University of West London, which has further strengthened my expertise in kitchen operations and leadership. My culinary skills span across British, American, Italian, French, Continental, Indian, Asian, and Arabic cuisines. Originally from India, I bring with me a rich cultural and culinary heritage, combined with global experience. I am currently based in London, serving as the Executive Chef for Meliá International Hotels, where I lead a talented team in delivering high-quality, innovative dining experiences.
