My cooking covers Italian, Indian, Mexican, Malaysian, Sri Lankan, Thai and Chinese cuisine, alongside contemporary international cooking. I enjoy working with fresh ingredients, developing menus and adapting dishes to suit different tastes and dietary requirements.
