I am a seasoned chad if 30 years within the hospitality industry and working all aspects of the trade from local establishments to Michelin starred.
I am a professional chef with a decorated career within the industry, working for some very well known chefs and still doing it to this day and love what I do and cooking for others and making there experience my pleasure
I have cooked for some famous celebs and royalty in my time and in my younger years was a regular at ascot, formula one and Wimbledon coming for the VIP areas
