As a trained plant based chef from Leiths school of food and wine I put passion into my food, I love proving that taste does not have to be compromised due to food preferences or allergies. I have loved cooking since I can remember and when diagnosed with a gluten allergy was inspired by the challenge of keeping food flavourful and wholesome when presented with limitations. I pride myself on ensuring every dish is made with love and am delighted to be cooking for you
