As a trained chef specialising in health-conscious cuisine, I have consistently thrived in fast-paced environments. I began my career in restaurants before transitioning to private work. After spending a season in Italy at a retreat center—catering for up to 80 guests—I went on to work with an architectural firm and serve some of London’s most high-profile families. These diverse experiences have equipped me with the adaptability and professionalism needed to excel in any culinary setting.
