I’m a trained chef with over 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, including serving as a Leading Chef in the Royal Navy Submarine Service, where I cooked for senior officers and crews in some of the most demanding environments. Precision, consistency, and quality were non-negotiable — and that standard still shapes how I cook today.

I now bring that same level of care into private homes, creating refined, seasonal menus for intimate dinners, celebrations, and special occasions. My style is modern, ingredient-led, and focused on flavour, presentation, and a relaxed but professional service.

Whether it’s a three-course dinner, a chef’s tasting menu, canapés, or a hands-on cooking class, my aim is simple: to give you and your guests a restaurant-quality experience at home, without the stress of hosting.

I’m always happy to tailor menus around preferences, dietary requirements, and allergies, so every guest can enjoy the experience with confidence.
