Two years later, Bali's vibrant culinary scene beckoned, leading me to the kitchens of Sofitel Bali in 2014. The island's rich flavors and techniques became my canvas.

In the crisp dawn 2017, an opportunity to explore Australia's diverse culinary landscape emerged, backed by a generous sponsorship. Eager to embrace new
