I'm a professional chef with 15 years experience in the culinary world. I studied Gastronomy at Universidad del Caribe in Cancún, Mexico. Since then I've have the opportunity to work cooking mainly traditional Mexican, Italian & Peruvian cuisines in Mexico, Malt & Chile. For the past 3 years the Riviera Maya has become the main area where I work as private chef, catering events & participating in local private pairing dinners.
