I am a nomadic chef traveling across Mexico with my backpack, my dog, and an endless hunger for life. A hunger not only for food, but for experiences, stories, and human connection.
There are no fixed menus and no comfort zones in my journey. Only dreams, fears, and voices that teach me to see the world with deeper awareness. Every place I visit, every person I meet, becomes part of my culinary language.
I navigate my own path, without maps or certainties, guided by curiosity and instinct. Cooking is my way of exploring, learning, and expressing what I discover along the way. Each dish tells a story, shaped by the land, the people, and the moment.
