I am a Mexican chef and entrepreneur, a culinary school graduate since 2008, with over 22 years of experience sharing my passion for food. Throughout my career, I have focused on creating meaningful, thoughtfully crafted cuisine that brings people together and tells a story through flavor.

I am the founder and owner of Mangata Urban Kitchen & Juice Bar in Puerto Morelos, where I blend fresh, high-quality ingredients with creativity and a strong sense of community. In addition, I offer bespoke catering and private chef services, always tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and dietary needs.

Known for my attention to detail, warmth, and leadership, I approach every project with care, authenticity, and genuine passion. My goal is to create memorable dining experiences that feel personal, elevated, and deeply enjoyable.
