I have specialized experience in vegan and vegetarian cooking as well as meat eaters and down home cooking. I have been cooking my whole life and enjoy making desserts such as cinnamon rolls and pies. I believe food needs to be made from the heart to feed the soul. Always work in a clean work area and clean as you go. All meals are personaized for each client. After 21 years in the Bay of Vallarta I have learned no one wants the same thing and we all have our like and dislikes.
