Fassionate about Mexican food and its multiple fusions

I am a professional chef with more than 20 years of experience in the international restaurant industry as well as in private dining and home-based events. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for every stage of the culinary process, from concept to execution, including menu development, recipe creation, and the preparation of advanced dishes.

I have extensive experience managing kitchen operations, determining food inventory needs, forecasting supplies, estimating costs, and training kitchen staff. I also enjoy developing seasonal and weekend specials that keep menus fresh, creative, and exciting.

I am proud to share that I was recognized for two consecutive years in Boston as one of the best chefs specializing in Mexican cuisine. My goal is to consistently deliver high-quality, well-executed dishes and create memorable dining experiences that reflect passion, technique, and respect for ingredients.
