Chef Carolina Perera

I am a professional chef, graduated with a technical degree in 2017. I specialize in customer service, teaching, and fast food. I have 10 years of experience.

I have started in different businesses that have taught me a lot and helped me improve professionally. I have worked in the hotel industry, from private events, buffets, off-site catering, hosting in specialty restaurants, as well as being a concierge at an all-inclusive hotel on the Riviera Maya. I am currently training and creating a new business model for a restaurant in the state of Yucatán, where I am responsible for the creation, standardization, and costing of menus. I have trained the staff who will be in charge of the kitchen for the new menu, as well as redesigning the entire dessert menu, integrating new gourmet desserts without exceeding the budget limit.

I provide in-home technical advice to learn how to prepare any recipe or to carry out any group activity that requires cooking. I am fluent in English and speak Spanish. I am very careful about cross-contamination and food allergies. I am also very hygienic in the kitchen and personally.
