I love to cook and I am a person who likes to teach
I am a UVM graduate. I had my internships at two large Emporio and Hyatt Ziva hotel, where I was rotated through all areas. I have experience teaching in the places where I worked. I was in charge of a kitchen as a chef where I had to design a staff menu and for a restaurant, food requisition, warehouse control, food pairing since it was a cellar, weekly deep cleaning and staff control
