Passionate about design & gastronomy, I started managing restaurants in Paris, Tulum & LA before opening her very own concept in La Paz, BCS.
Born in Dijon (Burgundy, France), I traveled around the world looking for unique experiences & flavors.
After a MBA in Hospitality & Tourism and 8 years of operating restaurants in Tulum & Los Angeles, I opened Casa Nopal & Tiger Club - a design concept store & South East Asian neo bistrot in La Paz.
