Cooking isy passion, I am a creator and I love sharing my culture with people while I take them on an amazing trip on flavours

I have been cooking since I was 14, got my degree 15 years ago, I've been cooking professionally since then in the Mexican Caribbean, I've been cooking on private yatchs, condos and I took the Yucatán traditional cousine over to Europe this year, I've specialized in Mexican Asian fusion and seafood since I live on an island for 10 years
