Sharing my culture through food, connection and stories is at my very core as a Chef.

Born in Mexico City and raised between the mountains and the sea of Puerto Vallarta, I’ve always drawn inspiration from nature and the vibrant flavors of my homeland. Today, I divide my time between Puerto Vallarta and Salt Spring Island, BC, two places that continue to shape my culinary philosophy.

Cooking allows me to stay connected to my roots while celebrating the abundance of ethically sourced, locally grown ingredients that inspire me every day. I’m deeply passionate about knowing and honoring where our food comes from and grateful for the many hands that make it possible.

For me, cooking is more than a craft — it’s a way to give thanks, tell stories, and celebrate the beauty of honest ingredients.
