I am a Mexican/Canadian professional chef with 17 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts. Throughout my career, I have worked in luxury hotels and renowned restaurants across Mexico, the United States, and Canada, where I spent most of my professional journey.

My most recent roles have been as an Executive Chef for resorts and high-profile clientele, leading kitchen teams and designing refined, high-quality culinary experiences.

I have traveled extensively and had the opportunity to cook alongside chefs from all over the world. These experiences have given me a deeper appreciation for global cuisines and have shaped my passion, creativity, and technical foundation as a chef.

Absolutely remarkable! Edgar showed up to our Condo and delivered a 5-star Michelin experience! The tostada, watermelon salad, fish, and flan were superb.

We had the most incredible dining experience with Edgar and his team at our Villa. The communication leading up to it was great and he was able to accommodate our groups dietary requirements easily. If you come to Cabo, you must book chef Edgar for a meal! Chef Edgar made us a delicious and memorable meal on our first night in Mexico. He was punctual, friendly, respectful and all around just a fantastic addition to our evening. He made mouthwatering food including a tuna tostada, carnitas tacos and grilled fish tacos, and tres leches cake. He was kind enough to go the extra mile on clean up and left some left overs in our fridge that we can continue to enjoy throughout our weekend. Worth every penny! I would highly recommend this experience!
