A passionate and creative professional Chef who finds joy in cooking for others, and sharing his enthusiasm, knowledge, and international experiences.

I am a Mexican/Canadian professional chef with 17 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts. Throughout my career, I have worked in luxury hotels and renowned restaurants across Mexico, the United States, and Canada, where I spent most of my professional journey.

My most recent roles have been as an Executive Chef for resorts and high-profile clientele, leading kitchen teams and designing refined, high-quality culinary experiences.

I have traveled extensively and had the opportunity to cook alongside chefs from all over the world. These experiences have given me a deeper appreciation for global cuisines and have shaped my passion, creativity, and technical foundation as a chef.

I consider myself well-rounded in a wide variety of cuisines, techniques, and ingredients. My ultimate goal is to create memorable moments through food and to bring more smiles and unique experiences to every table, one dish at a time.
