I apprenticed under master chefs in Bali, Thailand, Mexico, and Japan, learning to create each dish as a journey—from seed to plate—sourcing ingredients from my own permaculture farm and trusted local artisans. Every menu celebrates seasonality, sustainability, and the exquisite details that transform a meal into an unforgettable memory.
I offer retreat cheffing, private catering, immersive culinary experiences, cooking classes, and personal cheffing throughout the Riviera Maya and beyond. Each experience is tailored to the season and the setting—crafted as a living ceremony of flavor, artistry, and intention—inviting guests to taste the world through the lens of mindfulness, creativity, and love.
