Private chef, author, content developer, recipe curator, consultant, speaker and public relations strategist powered by love, plants and superfoods.

A Mexican born and raised who's main goal is to bring families back into the kitchen proposing easy ways to recreate traditional recipes with less ingredients and a healthy kick without loosing the original flavors, focusing on latino flavors.

Fernanda decided she wanted to teach people how to eat properly after experiencing major health issues that led her into a plant-based lifestyle in which she found all the answers and well being she was looking for. She started by sharing some healthy tips and easy recipes in her Facebook group ̈conscious living by la healthy Mexicana ̈ for which she was recognized as one of the most active, influential and engaging groups on the Facebook platform by Facebook Communities in Chicago, 2017.

She continued developing recipes for the largest hispanic online recipe community Hispanic Kitchen until 2018 and appeared numerous times on national TV morning shows Despierta America and Un Nuevo Día, for Univision and Telemundo, respectively.

She moved to Los Angeles, California in 2018 to host the cooking segment in Estrella TV'S morning show, Buenos Dias Familia. In 2019 she became a co-owner of the plant-based restaurant Manna Life Food, located in Downtown Miami, where she was the operational manager and public relations strategists, always promoting and finding new ways to bring together the community, and supporting local producers.

She has dedicated her last 8 years of career to mainly educate people on eating healthier to live better, focusing on latinos living in the United States , since she believes it's her way of being closer to her Mexican roots. This led her to publish her first e-book in 2020, ̈plant based recipes with a Mexican soul ̈ and she continues to cook privately and host cooking fiestas for special events and team building activities.

Her menus can be found in several restaurants around Miami, México & Los Angeles. Everywhere she goes, she works with local, sustainable, women, latino and family owned bussinesses, being a firm believer that ̈when one grows, we all grow ̈.
