Chef Guillermo blew us away!! I could not rave about them enough! Delish meal and great presentation! Highly recommend

Chef Joel and Chef Maria were absolutely outstanding in every aspect of their services from arrival and clean up to timing. Being flexible where we liked to have each course was not even a problem and they packed up all leftovers for later without hesitation and laid out plans for the next meals for the next day clearly and thoroughly. We wish we could take tandem everywhere with us, not just Cabo!

This was an awesome experience. The chef for very responsive, fair and the food was great. Service was excellent.

We had a large group of 29 come down to Cabo. It was difficult to find Resturants to accommodate us. Then I found chef Guillermo. Him, Joel and their crew took care of us for 4 days cooked all our meals, cleaned up, went over and above in every aspect. I will be using them again when we head down to Cabo. 15/10

Chef Guillermo exceeded our expectations. Each dish was so thoughtful in their taste and their presentation. He was so kind, professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. He even bought us a game of Loteria for our group to play. We truly loved every dish and he made sure to pack up our leftovers and place them in our fridge for the next day. He prepared each of our meals and cleaned up so efficiently. We couldn't be more grateful for him and our experience!

Guillermo was fantastic from start to finish. We ran into some issues with the resort kitchen and he was able to pivot and deliver a great set of meals for us. Food was excellent and we appreciated his efforts in delivering a first rate experience for us. Definitely recommend!

Chef guillermo and his assistant Maria was amazing. We had a vegetarian in the group and he was able to communicate with me very rapidly on whatsapp to make side entrees to fit her dietary needs. They came on time and brought their own supplies to properly make everything since our own airbnb was lacking. He explained all the foods and ingredients per course as he served and even cleaned up for us!! Impeccable food quality and service. More worth it than any restaurant.

Our chef was incredible. The best food we ate on our entire trip. They were fun, engaging, attentive, and tidy. Could not recommend him enough!!

Chef Guillermo is BEYOND amazing!! He made the best food we could have ever dreamed of - we are still talking about it days after the trip. I can’t believe that not only was the presentation amazing - the flavors of everything was just beyond. A true restaurant experience right in our home! And he was so flexible and accommodating to all of our dietary restrictions. I cannot recommend Chef Gulliermo enough - he made our vacation truly leveled up!!!! Thank you!!!!

Guillermo and his assistant Maria were incredible. They put such thought and care into the selection and preparation of the menu, working closely with us to craft three dinners that served 8 adults with different food orientations. Every dish was beautifully crafted and displayed -- and above all, tasted spectacular! And the courses just kept coming out of the kitchen, producing gasps from the diners at every turn! Guillermo took the time to explain each and every dish, and there was never a drop-off in the taste, quality, or enjoyment of his numerous offerings. In addition, their clean-up left our kitchen and dining room SPOTLESS! We can't say enough good things about this team. We will definitely use them again on our next Cabo trip!!

We just returned from a week in San Jose del Cabo which was made exceptional because of Guillermo and his team. We booked him for two breakfasts and five dinners and had an absolutely fabulous experience! The quality of the food was exceptional as was the presentation each and every night. The sea bass was a family favorite, one that was prepared twice two different ways. We also enjoyed the enchiladas, tacos, pasta, pizza, steak, fresh fruit and vegetables, several types of salads and desserts, cocktails pared with each menu and an impressive breakfast spread two mornings. Guillermo and his team were able to accommodate the specific needs of our nine family members, including vegetarians, a diabetic, and a lenten menu. He also accommodated some menu changes mid-week as well as moving one dinner up a night because of a scheduling error on my part. Once booked, be sure to bring enough cash to cover food and tip as using paypal or other electronic services carry hefty fees that can easily be avoided. Not cooking or cleaning, which included the floors, provided invaluable family time. It was so good we canceled one of our elevated dining experiences because of what we were eating at home. I cannot say enough good things about this experience!!

Chef Guillermo is an amazing chef. Every single dish prepared was delicious, we couldn’t have asked for a better meal to celebrate with friends. He was incredibly polite and thoughtful, and the kitchen was spotless when he left. I would absolutely recommend and hire Chef Guillermo again when I come back to visit!

Chef Guillermo was punctual, communicative, kind, and, most importantly, an excellent chef. Our meal was fantastic and he worked to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions to deliver a delicious family meal.
