Get to know me better

World renowned chef that is well versed in many cuisines from around the world, my love is too focus on local, seasonal organic food.

"I have worked with and for some of the best in the business; Raymond Blanc, Gordon Ramsay, Gary Jones. I have had roles that have taken me around the world in 25 years of being a chef, I have appeared on television several times and cooked for some seriously famous VIP's & UHNW families.

Everything changed for me in May 2015, in the middle of the night I had a seizure.

I was rushed into hospital where they discovered I had a grade 2 brain tumour.

Aged 31, working as Executive Head Chef at the most prestigious hotel in Australia, I thought I was in perfect health! It came as a huge blow.

I suffered severe side effects of the seizure, which was closely followed by complications after they took a biopsy which resulted in loss of speech and brain damage.

I spent 6 weeks in re-hab to get well enough to have the surgery to have the tumour removed.

In October 2015 the tumour was removed successfully.

My journey begun to heal myself through food & other natural modalities of healing including yoga.

I would now like to help everyone benefit from eating wholesome food. And I am not talking about boring tasteless food, I mean REAL food, great produce that will taste amazing.

We are what we eat, we have to look after our bodies and nourish them.

The menus I have curated for your dining experienced are all based around health & wellbeing at the root.

They vary based on different dietry requirements, seasonal produce that is available organically using local farms.

I only use real whole foods, cooked with a loving intention and good energy in the kitchen towards healing.

I am excited to share my journey with you through my food wherever that maybe.
