I’m Chef Jorge Criado, a private chef based in Playa del Carmen, specializing in luxury villa dinners, intimate events, and farm-to-table Mediterranean cuisine.
I create refined, relaxed dining experiences where every detail is taken care of. From ocean-fresh ceviche and seasonal seafood to slow-cooked short ribs and handmade pasta, each menu is fully personalized to your tastes, dietary needs, and the occasion.
I trained at Le Cordon Bleu and Hofmann Culinary School in Spain, and I’ve cooked for 30+ private events across the Riviera Maya, consistently earning 5-star reviews for both food and service.
