Chef Jorge was an amazing Chef. The best Chef I have ever had come cook for me. He did a great job of explaining each course and also making sure to explain what my meal (Vegan/Plant-based) was made with and how he created it. He provided a 5-Michelin star service and food. Each course got better and better. I am looking forward to the next time I come back to Puerto Penasco to have Chef Jorge cook for me and my friends again. Thanks
