With over a decade dedicated to the craft of professional cooking, I have had the privilege to grow and create in iconic kitchens such as One and Only Mandarina, Pujol, Quintonil, Alcalde, Dulce Patria, Ikan, and Chablé Chocholá. As a Sous Chef and Station Chef, I’ve passionately led every station, specializing in contemporary Mexican cuisine where tradition meets modernity in every dish. My Gastronomy degree from the Swiss Institute (ISU) provides me with an international and technical perspective, which I blend with full dedication to design unforgettable, soulful culinary experiences.
