I am a professional chef with nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. Over the past decade, I have specialized as a private chef in luxury villas and aboard yachts, as well as serving as an Executive Sous Chef in fine dining operations on cruise ships.

My culinary focus leans toward Italian and Asian cuisine, while also embracing the depth and versatility of Mexican gastronomy. I enjoy creating customized menus and desserts, always tailored to the preferences and needs of my guests, with the goal of delivering a refined and enjoyable dining experience.

I place strong emphasis on sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients from local producers whenever possible, applying solid cooking techniques, clean execution, and thoughtful presentation.
