I have worked as a chef for nearly 20 years. For the last 10 years, I have been working as a private chef in villas and on yachts, and as a fine dining executive sous chef on cruise ships. I lean towards Italian and Asian cuisine, and of course, Mexican cuisine. I also enjoy customizing desserts and providing excellent service to ensure a pleasant experience during meal services. I like using fresh ingredients from local producers when available, employing good cooking techniques and clean presentations.
