Chef Julieta Mendicuti

I’m Julieta Mendicuti, a private chef based in Playa del Carmen, a cook at heart and a designer by trade. I’ve been working as a chef for the past five years, creating dining experiences that blend street soul, homemade flavor, and a strong visual identity where what you see is just as important as what you taste.

I’ve worked in kitchens such as Bankooooo México, MU, and Papita’s Beach, where I refined my intuition for bold flavors, vibrant aesthetics, and food that feels good to eat and share. My cooking is inspired by local ingredients, vivid colors, and the tropical energy of the Riviera Maya.

I cook with music playing, a cold beer nearby, and an open heart. My dinners are meant to be enjoyed slowly, with good company, relaxed conversations, and dishes that aren’t just eaten, but remembered. I love pairing food with cold beers, paying attention to small details, and designing menus that truly reflect the mood and personality of each gathering.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a night with friends, or a special celebration, I design every menu to match your vibe, always adding a unique and visual twist.
